Mr. Leslie Loh

Leslie founded a one-man technology startup after graduation and grew the business into a publicly listed global enterprise with customers in 40 countries.  In 2012, he founded Red Dot Ventures and has since invested in over 40 technology startups across diverse sectors. Today, he is founder & CEO of eduCLaaS, a leading Pan-Asia Digital Skilling Platform with a mission for  inclusive digital transformation delivery with lifelong applied learning.

Leslie has served as a board member in Singapore Government agencies including IMDA (Infocomm Development Authority), ESG (Enterprise Singapore) and IPOS International (Intellectual Property Office SG). He was selected the winner of Singapore’s ASME Rotary Entrepreneur of the Year in 1998 and received the National Youth Award (Entrepreneurship) in 1999.  In 2006, he was awarded the “Person of The Year” IT Leader Award by the Singapore Computer Society.
