Mr. Marco Dondi

Marco Dondi is an Expert Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company advising public and private organizations on the Future of Work and its impact on labor, education and adult training systems. He leads McKinsey’s research on Future Skills and a pan-European program to reskill mid-career workers through Public-Private-Partnerships. He holds an MBA from Instead from 2012 and a masters’ degree in management, finance and economics from Politecnico di Milano from 2009.

Outside McKinsey, Marco is the author of the book “Outgrowing Capitalism: Rethinking money to Reshape Society and Pursue Purpose” Published in 2021 by Fast Company. He is an avid reader, traveller and is passionate about water sports and snow sports.
