Mr. Prabin Maharjan

Mr. Prabin Maharjan is the Programme Management Expert of the United Nations Project Office on Governance (UNPOG), an integral part of the Division for Public Institutions and Digital Government (DPIDG), UN Department of Economic and Social Affairs (UN DESA). In his current role, he supports effective capacity development to strengthening public governance and the Sustainable Development Goals. Prior to this position, Mr. Maharjan worked as an Associate Research and Policy Analysis Expert of the UNPOG where he developed the Training Toolkit on Effective National to Local Public Governance for SDG Implementation. He has worked with the KOICA, the Asian Association for the Public Administration (AAPA), and the Yonsei University's Brain Korea 21 Plus Research Team in the field of public administration. He holds a Master's and Doctoral Degree in Public Administration from Yonsei University, the Republic of Korea.
