Mr. Tim Dawkins

Group Head of International Business Development, NOCN Group and TVET (Technical, Vocational Education and Training) Consultant. NOCN is one of the UK’s leading vocational Awarding Organisations, operating under licence from the UK Government (Ofqual) to develop and operate examinations and qualifications in the UK and overseas. www.nocn.org.uk  Tim manage a customer network in Southeast Asia, primarily Indonesia, Malaysia, and Vietnam. Establishing recognition for NOCN UK qualifications and services, offering consultancy to Government and private sector organisations, and building income from the region. During the Covid travel restrictions NOCN has established a regional office in Kuala Lumpur through the Malaysian Investment Development Agency (MIDA) and with the support of the British Chamber of Commerce in Malaysian. The NOCN portfolio of qualifications and services is diverse and covers qualification in construction, English Language Testing (ESOL International), Business and Productivity, and many other areas.  We also work with local training institutions to improve and accredit their own programmes; this is a service which is used extensively in Southeast Asia. Tim has worked in Vocational Education Awarding Organisations for 20 years and have worked in the Middle East and in Southeast Asia for the past 5 years in different capacities.
